Shift is a program designed exclusively for women to jumpstart their career in investment. The program is a collaboration between Creative Confidence and the National Investment Company (NIC). Shift is designed to give you insights on the investment sector. You will gain access to the latest tools and concepts of innovation and how they can be applied in the field.
This program is the first of its kind. It aims to take female graduates to the next level of self-development and expose them to the ins and outs of the investment sector. We know that investments can be challenging for women to navigate, but Shift is here to help.
The program is a full-time 4-week commitment that revolves around working on a business challenge related to investment.

Who Should Apply?

- Recent graduates (bachelor's or master's)
- Currently unemployed and available for a 4-week commitment

Important Information
- The application period is open now until November 8, 2023
- The program starts on November 13, 2023 and ends on December 10, 2023
- The training hours are from 8:00 am - 3:00 pm for 5 days a week
- Full-time commitment to the program is mandatory
- Seats are limited and will be given to the candidates who are best fit for the program
- The program is conducted fully in-person
- A certification of completion will be awarded at the end of the program
- The program includes press and social media coverage
